A palletiser is a machine at the end of a manufacturing line that stacks cases of goods or products onto a pallet automatically. It removes the stress, expense, and time required to load and sort pallets manually and is good for convenient, high-volume shipping.
Palletiser Types
Hand Palletiser
This is a hand-operated device used to stack and organise factory products onto a pallet. Otherwise known as Pallet Jacks provide a versatile and efficient non-powered solution for lifting and transporting palletised cargo around warehouses and factories.
Robotic Palletiser
Robotic palletisers consist of a hydraulic robotic arm that lifts your product and neatly organises it onto a pallet. Although they can only lift one item at a time, they are much faster than manual stacking and can easily accommodate different pallet patterns and product types.
Low-Level and High-Level Palletisers
These both work in the same way with conveyors and a feed area, but a low-level loads products from the ground level and high-level loads products from above. Either way, the packages are continuously transferred to, and sorted onto, the pallets and help increase your shipping and packaging capability.
Benefits of Palletiser System
Palletisers provide load stability, precision and operation speed as well as many other benefits.
